I ordered from amazon italy last time for like new jabras and was sent fakes, they turned on and worked but no connection to the jabra app so id just keep that in mind before buying
There is a version for Singapore that not connected to jabra app, might be that was your case?
A lot of jabra 85T on Ali has that in description.

AuthorI didn't know Amazon Italy could mistakenly send out a 3-Pin plug instead of 2-Pin (which is what you would expect had it arrived from Italy).
I will not be adding any warning as this is one example so far and looks a bit suss to me.
If there are more examples, users are free to submit their issues in the comments and of course, report it back to Amazon for a refund.

I've got these and they sit in a drawer. My Jabra 75T's are better (just an opinion)
Well I mean duh, of course - you won't be able to hear anything if they're in a drawer!
This or Jabra Elite 7 Pro for £108?
I am primarily looking for Teams/Phone calls, good sound quality for music (don't need to be too bassy) and comfort (don't want to fall out when walking or running). Good noise cancellation will be a bonus.
Rtings are in favor of Jabra (except for Noise cancellation), but wanted to hear from real :-) people's personal experience not technical data points.
I've been running for 3 years with jabra buds (currently jabra 75t active) and they don't fall out.- Depending on what you are after, the WF1000-XM3 generally are much better than these and can be had for much less. The only real redeeming quality of these is the battery life since the XM3's only have 6 hours with ANC on.

Id have to disagree. Having owned both from day one, XM4’s are the better all rounder. Better battery life, more comfortable, better call quality, better canal isolation, better ANC, smaller charging case. If anyone is on the fence between the XM4 and XM3 go for the 4. 
I ordered a pair of 'used very good' from Amazon UK late last year. I was a little disappointed when they arrived, they where a little dirty and marked all over but I cleaned them up. I would have been ok to keep them despite feeling that they were close to 'fair' rather than 'very good' but the right bud only lasted around 5 mins on a full charge, so returned. I was probably unlucky but I just wanted to share.
I think there's a lot of instances of people buying a new/like new product and then returning their older more faulty product under the same order. You've just got to be careful and aware.
Looks like some of the earwax comments were on point. These have definitely been tried out, unless it’s the funny paper box leaving bits of stuff on all the ear tips. Got plenty alternatives so I’ve put some comply foam tips on and will give them a full test out later. Personally I’d class these as “used - good” as opposed to “like new”. Doubt I can be bothered with the return process though.- Mine arrived today and they seem brand new. Not listened with them yet but did a firmware update. Hopefully the batteries aren't affected by the issues raised in this thread. The case is significantly smaller than the 1000m3's they're replacing and the buds fit much more neatly into my ears. If the batteries are good then I think I've got myself a bargain. Cheers op

I wasn't keen on the fit of these but cracking deal - defo best sounding earbuds availableOh trust me there is much better stuff available especially wired earbuds and IEMs and they don't die after two years of use
Sounds good. The italians don't have much earwax.- Mine just arrived. No dodgy contents thankfully. Haven’t got time to check the quality of the earphones but the box seems new and sealed so hopefully a good result.

These will be fakes swapped for real ones!! Had three different amazon.it warehouse headphones recently and all were fake!! Struggle to convince Amazon customer service,but refunded eventually......but brand new Amazon direct only

Great deal cheers for sharing- Last time I got the WF-1000XM3 this from amazon warehouse the battery life was poor, they only last about 1.5h.
The case and box were pristine so I'm not sure if they were faulty or someone had somehow messed with them, but I'd rather buy second hand next time - Too much pain returning items to any Amazon Europe. You pay for return from your pocket then contact customer service to get compensation for that. Sometimes wait for months to get item refund because of customs clearance delays. Some courier companies refuse and some return item to you. UPS tries to deliver but asks for lot of documents later
Yeah, it's a shame as this is the headphone deal of the year otherwise. 
Bought 'like new" from amazon uk in November and mine were completely new and sealed. Just slightly water damaged outer box.

I'd just new for these to be honest. Just wait for them to come down to £160 again- i bought a pair of jabra 75t's from amazon it "preowned". i dont believe theyd ever been used.... but as part of the refurb amazon removed the large buds on the earpieces and only left me with the unopened medium and small buds in the box.
i couldnt find cheap buds anywhere that actually fitted the 75s, ended up having to buy a pair of silicone ones direct for £15 which meant the 75s ended up being close to retail price. 
Great price, but worth the faff with Amazon Italy?
I got these before Chrimbo for £148 when Currys were price matching Amazon, and no sign of the battery drain as mentioned - mine last 5 or 6 hours with noise cancelling on without any issues.
Due to my freaky earholes, I have a small earbud on the left, medium on the right, and can jog/exercise with confidence that they'll stay in there.
I had the MX3s which were fugly but had good sound, these have the sound and look good as well.- Useful software update too. Sony WF-1000XM4 headphones connect to two devices at once.
