1. Currys store staff were playing cards and they said no one could process a phone order in that store as they weren't trained. They had an entire section of the store for phones....how pointless.
2. Went in the next day - a "phone trained" staff member was on! But they claimed there was no enhanced trade in. They had a big cardboard display right over the pixel 7 saying that they did, but they said they "had no idea why that was there but the offer was not on anymore" (the date was on the display...saying it was still on)
3. Went in a different Currys store in next town and couldn't do a trade in. I tried 4 different phones in the end, their system rejected them all.
4. In the end I ordered online. The "prepaid package" for trade in device return has never arrived, well over 2 weeks later, despite having been on to their customer service 4 times. They have lied every time and say they can see the package was due for delivery the following day.
5. I eventually got them to agree to price match Amazon. The refund for the price match has never arrived, despite talking to their customer service 4 times.
How is this company still in business?!
Thank god Amazon exists. A company I can rely on.
Does this mean I get £185 total for trading my phone in against the Pixel 7?

Go buy one of these from argos , and trade that. You'll get a quid and the voucher.
Checking the ebay prices for the pixel buds pro and I'm not hopeful that there's much resale value. I don't need the buds, but might end up keeping them if I can't sell them! Ah well. (edited)
Kept an eye on Amazon today and saw the Snow version was being sold by Amazon themselves.
Question. How many photos would it take to fill 50GB?
I’ve filled in the form on Currys site, fingers crossed I receive the shipping package to send them my old device

Tried price matching on the online chat and was told it was only for items sold and dispatched by amazon.
I was looking at the obsidian so cheapest Amazon price is £499.
