Just got them from Tredz. I would normally go for size Large of shorts but reviews and size chart suggested Medium and they are perfect. Inner liner is quite snug (still comfortable) but shorts itself got lots of space and waist is very stretchy/plus belt included. (edited)

Got these at the same price.Slightly tight fit, but otherwise fine.

Quite often need to go up a size with Endura shorts.

Are the waist sizes comparable to Jean's waist sizes? I just recently heard you're supposed to measure your waist around near your belly button, which is bigger than the Jean's waist size I buy. Abit confused what size to try.

The Hummvee runs very small, so we recommend sizing up a size or maybe even two sizes. The fabric that makes up the majority of the outer short doesn't stretch at all, and we found it very restrictive. (Endura Hummvee Review | Tested by GearLab (outdoorgearlab.com))

I'm not surprised you can get these shirts on sale on few websites...

Want to buy for my son,i guess you have to buy knee protection as well in case you fall off.? (edited)

Yep you will want some knee guards. Take a look at dainese, they make great stuff.

Purchased. Never seen them this cheap.

I like to do the school run and then go straight from the school on a bike ride but a bit self conscious in lycra shorts at the school drop off so this solves that problem. Also, been using basic 'Ridge' or Aldi shorts for years so this should be a nice upgrade. (edited)

Thanks OP - bought. Really hope they fit, the advice/reviews are so conflicting!!

Cracking price. As others have said endura (and cycling clothing generally IME) is a snug fit so if you’re at the top end of a size definitely buy a size larger.

I’m a 34” waist and bought L rather than M as I found the smaller size too tight for comfort despite it claiming that L is 35”+. (edited)

Just to put some balance to a lot of sizing comments on here, I'm a 32" waist (well, probably 33" at the moment) and small fits perfect. And I've got pretty solid thighs. I can't get my head around people with 32" waist saying that a medium is tight on them, but I suppose body shapes and personal preferences must vary a lot.

Agreed - I’m a 34 waist and medium is perfect - both shorts and liner. Can’t understand how they could be tight on a 32 inch waist!

Did I need some more? Nope.

Is a 36" waist large in these or better going XL ?
    rodwell's avatar
See my comment below - personally I would order the L as the shorts should be a good fit but be aware that the liner might be too tight and you could end up having to use a different one.

Great shorts, especially with the liner.

    Thanks OP. Ordered grey £27.20

These are good shorts and a bargain at this price but be aware that for some (many?) people the liner will be uncomfortably tight unless you order the next size of shorts up, in which case the liner fits fine but the shorts are too big.

In my case I tried both L and XL then went with L for the shorts fit and use a different liner of a larger size with them. My waist is just below 36" fwiw.

Bit of a shame as the XL liner with L shorts would have been perfect for me but at this price it's still worth it for the shorts alone.

Fantastic shorts. Had for 2 years now with no issues. I'm 32inch waist and Medium fits snuggly but comfortably. Will purchase a second pair.

4 pairs of these , still haven't worn two, they are really good quality, has a stretchy waistband , yeah the inner liner can be uncomfortably tight , but this is a stonking price , paid around £40 a pair couple of years ago

the materials and the stitches are excellent the pockets are not so much. The diagonal zippers are just vents, unlike other pairs, which means you'd be forced to keep your phone in the usual pockets, which means it can be uncomfortable if you have more of a road bike posture.

Prefer the shorts with 4-way stretch, like the Singletrack Lite.
