I bought it for £10 - ok for that price. so good for this price.

Warning, I have bought a total of 6 of these (3 orders of two, which were always dispatched in 2 separate boxes) and every single one arrived smashed to smithereens. Not just a little bit broken, but a box full of tiny pieces of glass in each case. Was too busy to claim a refund the last time so ended up £14 out of pocket. I would avoid.

Rather poor reviews about quality and item arriving smashed unfortunately.

I don't know why anyone would give a bad review for something arriving broken, I can't imagine you'd have a hard time getting a refund from Amazon

Yes it's not the best quality, but its £7, not cut glass.
A bit a realism, I paid £8.99 for this from Roov.
The Decanter holds a bottle of whisky and I can drink out of the glasses. Don't know what else some people expect for the money

Charity shop windows by me always full of these, think they look nice but ultimately never get used and just end up taking up space.

True but nice to get one in a box (last time I got one of these I gifted it to someone), in pristine condition (no chips) and with 4 glasses (might get one or two in a second hand set).

Also I've found that charity shop prices are not always as bargain as they may seem. If this set was in a charity shop I wouldn't be surprised to see it listed for more than £7

Not really a deal as always at this price every few weeks and low quality but if you want to live in the 80's then go for it

Nice - try getting the glasses alone for less than that (you can’t)

Always remind me of Mike Baldwin!

Reminds me of Gerald Ratner (There's one for the kids!)

Mr Ratner was speaking at the UK Institute of Directors when he said: “We also do cut-glass sherry decanters complete with six glasses on a silver plated tray that your butler can serve your drinks on, all for £4.95. People say, ‘How can you sell this for such a low price?’ I say, 'because it’s total crap’.
