    The code posted no longer works. - PTPINCREATORUK however is a different story. Just change the URL Be quick though. I'm sure it'll expire pretty sharpish.

    There's also app.wakingup.com/sch…hip for when headspace runs out! (I also think it has better content anyway!) Last time I checked, it was a year for free. (edited)

    This is a really nice service, but bear in mind that they use dark patterns for unsubscribing. The app offers no way to unsubscribe you need to go to the website and go through the a whole song and dance, depending on how you started the subscription.

    Be Careful with headspace, it's a terrible company. Very hard to cancel when you sign up. Check out their trust pilot reviews. (edited)

    You mean providing a service to help people that may need it? Nothing’s free in this world. Doesn’t make it a con to charge for a service provided. It’s called making a living.

    Be very cautious using these mental health / wellness apps, many are unregulated and not held to the same standards as apps and organisations that handle immediately apparent sensitive medical information.

    Other app providers in this category have been found to be selling user (read: patient) information to data brokers, who in turn can sell it onto other parties, including a companies that have a an ulterior motive in knowing your mental health information such as your medical insurance provider or your employer.

    What info do they think they have?!! Just log in details and meditation is like exercise for the mind, not only about poor mental health. (edited)

    Our work have switched our corporate subscription to Calm. It's fine, but I miss the simple UI styling in Headspace so thanks for this.

    I really like balance me, I believe this is still one year free. They have courses of several meditations aimed at specific areas, as well as individual short meditations. I particularly like their pain ones that can distract me temporarily.
