Ive had 30gb plan for nearly a month but want this 60gb one instead.
Just moved my wife's account on to this as she had the RPI increase so was not much less for half the data.
Confirm the extras offered on the £10 a month deal are 6 months - either Disney + or Amazon Prime plus some other weaker options.
Will wait until current Disney+ from my own renewal runs out later this month as found in past it seems to just lose the overlap.
The signal around the North West is terrible, unless you are in a major town or city.
No signal at all in a lot of places, and then only 3g when you can get a signal.
Been on Virgin Mobile for 10+ years. Was very good when they used T-Mobile / EE, and good when using Vodafone.
As soon as we've been shifted to o2, it's very poor. No data at all at my home train station. Very, very slow data (meaning 1-2 minutes to load a basic website homepage) at London terminals; around the West End basically unusable (apps will just say 'no connection to internet'), and very patchy in west London (can no longer make data voice or video calls at a place of business I've always done so before).
This is on the 4G/3G network. My phone doesn't have 5G.
Thanks
Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a mobile provider. Awful service, I have lost my number, hours of my life and have been left without a solution, had to purchase a new Sim else where and have no access to my number.
Check Trust Pilot reviews.

I had to call O2 because although I managed to get the plan into my shopping basket, the O2 site wouldn't allow me to checkout without first setting up a cap, but it provided impossible to do so via MyO2. Therefore I had to call O2 and it took them about half an hour for them to do this for me.
