Is there any way to change the OS as it really is awful. I've only had it 24 hours so it might just be me needing time to get used to it but I've yet to use a tablet so unpleasant.
The screen is OK, the sound is fantastic, I'm not sure why people refer to it feeling high end. The edges are sharp and altogether just about OK. I can understand why it's been discounted down and then discounted again. I'd say this is the price level it should have been when first launched. (edited)

Change the launcher, adjust the home bar, fully customisable to how you want it to bit tbh

its good, but for me the small text and icons on youtube and browsers put me off. my bargin bin TCL Tab HD 4g, has a better OS than this. So im just gonna go full YOLO and get an ipad of galaxy S8+, Im tired of comprimises on tablets. However If was the only tablet I could have I would not be unhappy, for £189 you get a ton of funtionality and a premium experience in some aspects, like watching video.

I've just received mine today and Ive put text and font on the largest settings and it's still small I don't like the taskbar at the bottom if you choose to have the 3 button navigation there is no way of getting rid of it to be honest I'm not feeling this tablet

Been looking at this all week after being posted several times from Currys,Argos,Amazon etc but I've pulled the trigger and purchased from Very, same price (£189) plus 10% back and 12 months buy now pay later.

I did as well but as a new customer you get 20% off your first order (can't use the 10% as well though)

Low to midrange tablets is such a hard category. This seems good on paper but wish they hadn't wasted money on stylus and 120hz screen- reviews suggest this struggles with performance very quickly maybe due to auto throttling?
    KingBoom2004's avatar
    120Hz screen is needed.

Lenovo aren't good at support. I have a tab 4which still has adequate spec but won't upgrade past Android 7 (Tbx704L)

Very interesting feedback about the OS, thank you, that sounds needlessly disappointing, big shame.

Are there multiple versions? Some say 6gb ram other say 4 and even 3..

Anyone able to confirm this one?

Better to wait for the Honor Pad x9 comes with the new Honor earbuds and will be cheaper than this when it lands in mid July. (edited)

Crap 5mpixel camera, no camera flash, no updates to later versions of android, limited security updates for android....

    REJECTED

Wife says I have to buy something new as my very old iPad has started losing apps lol wondering if this is for me for general browsing good battery and fast charge and not too much above £200
    daniel.millssI4's avatar
You looked at the Honor Pad X9?
  16. daniel.millssI4's avatar
I'm guessing software updates on this are slim and none?
    AverageJoeseph's avatar
    Probably. Like all cheap tablets.
