Please note, this excludes Hathersage and Southport stores. Google Shopping says (think these are all affiliated stores, anyway), here (Also on Amazon, but it's all these same sellers). Only three reviews on the GoOutdoors website:I *think* this is the same bike, obviously the Oxblood colour is different. (2022 Jamis Divide 29r Review) from All Out Bikes (July 2022):

Buyer beware when dealing with any company associated with JD Sports(Go Outdoors, Blacks, Millets, Ultimate Outdoors). The online ordering side of the business & warehouses are a total shambles. Inaccurate stock levels across all of their websites, cancelled orders, despatched orders which are never sent out, tracking numbers which correspond to packages never collected by couriers, inaccurate stock picking and incredibly slow refunds..
Take heed of the negative reviews on trust pilot, there are many, and be prepared to enter a lottery if you make an order online.
On the flip side the in store experience seems to be much more positive so if you can find what you want in store you have little to worry about.
Happened to me loads of times with JD Sports, last time I tried ordering from there was probably during COVID. You'd think they'd have sorted it out by now! (edited)
Didn't realise there was additional info added till I finished my edit ( no offence meant, ).
No offence taken, thanks for your sensitivity
Decent budget bike for a budget price, better than the usual Argos/SportsDirect/Supermarket BSOs.. Better to buy in-store from Go Outdoors if you can so you can get it fully assembled and go back to get it checked over after a few weeks.
That Calibre Point is better, but where will you get one from? Seems oos everywhere. Did you check if your local GO store has stock? (edited)
I’m not massively clued up on details of bikes, my sons bike got stolen yesterday whilst he was in the cinema so needs a new one. Went in to the local go outdoors and found this bike. How does it compare as both are probably in the range I can afford right now. He uses a lot so with it being the holidays could do with getting a new one. Any advice on the 2 would be appreciated. gooutdoors.co.uk/165….ds
