Just found this which may help you. switching Voda to Lebara
That explains exactly everything you need to do in order to move. Hope that helps! (edited)
** Some say you have longer than that, some say you only have one month.
I'm currently with Lebara and the 5g is almost 0 everywhere I go, signal always fluctuates, it's only reliable for calls .
I'm thinking of porting to Lyca, used them before (had a recent experience with their network with a backup SIM and it's definitely better than they used to be a couple of years ago).
Another good choice would be Smarty,I have an unlimited plan used with my backup phone used as a hotspot in the house, this way I won't be taking any broadband deal any time soon after a nightmare experience with talktalk, been through hell and back to get rid of them on a contract that was just about to expire soon, probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. (edited)
I think the Cashback era is winding down.
Anyone know if this is suitable? Or which network would be best for a week. If not I'm sticking with £6 a day with Vodafone.
Thanks
My Quidco tracked and showed as payable in November on this existing account and Gmail (edited)
This is a brilliant network with fantastic perks such as Wifi calling, EU roaming, etc.
£7.99 per month is also a decent price. Alot of people will still be comparing this deal of 3 months promo offer to their previous 6 month promo deals; which are non-existent lately!
I've just switched from Lebara to LycaMobile, and will definitely switch back to Lebara in a couple of months - I miss their network!
- Includes Unlimited 5G Data
But it is 20gb data so which one is it.I can not find roaming charge for eu and international countries. Thank you
I know people say that it varies depending on where you are, but I'll be travelling on trains to a variety of places so it's not just my area I need a good signal.
wonder if it’s time to go back to recognised providers directly like Vodafone , O2 or EE… hmmm… and have the mvno as back up for roaming???
No you don’t need to turn roaming on.
It says so on their website "When call waiting is turned on, you can answer a new call without ending your ongoing call." - but I chatted with Lebara representative and he is adamant that Lebara network in the UK does not have this feature. When I sent him a link to their own website saying differently, he said he can't open the link as it is external (it's on their own website). When I copied the text, he said that the information on their website was wrong..."
I'm currently with plusnet which was bought by EE, but in the last few months, the call quality in my home is so bad, that I have to use whatsapp sometimes (wifi calling option doesn't help). so i'm looking to change networks.
Surely that came be right actually.... this'll cost me £6 and if I cancel it I'm then £6 up??? (edited)
Thanks
What's the easiest way to join this deal? I understand I have to port out first to keep the number, what's the recommended way?
Thanks
