sky sign up technical issues

trying to go via topcashback website to sign up with sky ultrafast broadband but enter all my details then get a message "having technical issues please try again"
tried several times using different browsers etc. but no joy.
have noticed the sky help forum is down.
it's as if they dont want you sign up online and therefore not qualify for cashback or vouchers.
anyone else having problems.
