Virgin Media Retention Offers (No Referrals Please)
Can't find any megathreads so wondering what everyone has received. I've been offered £19/month for 250Mb (volted from 125Mb technically!). Won't budge lower than this.

sorted byFor good couple of years I was on 250Mbit line, paying £24/month.
Contract ends 30/11 - and they (apparently) could not give me ANYTHING better than £35.
So I said goodbye (that was on 30th October.)
They've called me about 3 days later, offering £32 - I said no, gonna go with Vodafone.
And that was it...
Until this morning, when I received an SMS message, asking me to talk to them as they have £17 deals, £100 bill credit etc.
So I went to chat to them... And they offered me either the current 250Mbit line for £23, or 125Mbit for £17, which I went for... As I know that in April it will go up again by the retail price index plus 4 percent or so.
Overall, really happy.
But it's a bit of a shame you need to wait for the (I presume automatically activated, there is a script running somewhere, counting the days, and sending the text message when there's just 7 days to go) offer and they can't give it to you during the first call... (edited)
