I guess you only have a few options. 1. Buy a new TV (or claim via home insuance) 2. Repair the TV although likely to be more than a new one. 3. Put the kids up for adoption and buy yourself a bigger better tv.
I personally would go with the 3rd option 😁

You wouldn't be asking on HUKD if you had Accidental Damage cover or could claim via home insurance (if you have it).
So buy a new TV and prevent your kids from breaking it again

I think you'll have to put it down as a learning curve, with young kids being able to go behind the tv, time to secure the tv, its a £250 lesson, at least it was a cheap one
Get the kids to buy the new tv from their savings / pocket money and they will learn a valuable life lesson

My son broke a tv in his bedroom once by getting over enthusiastic with a ps4 remote. No doubt whilst playing Call of Duty with his mates his controller had "accidentally" launch over 2 meters in to the screen.
Result -- No TV for a few months.
Whatever you do with the TV you are going to have to find a way that it never happens again.
Your only options are buy a new one or claim on insurance or do without. You could raise a claim with ebay saying it was broke when you got it, which is what I guess you want the ok for but that would be out of order. (edited)

Unfortunately when they send 1st time it was cracked I mean screen. Then they send me new one . (edited)
