Mines from richer sound too, it's so big, dreading sending it back...
Got a refund in the end and bought a cheaper Samsung TV which is brilliant, the software is great with loads of great apps and you can play xbox games without an xbox with works brilliant.
You can hook up philips hue lights for the official ambilight functionality with a Samsung also but costs nearly as much as the Samsung g TV in lights and the software
I just bought a cheap £10 LED light strip for now until there is a hack for the overpriced official app (edited)
The first one had the screen fail a few days outside the warranty. Then the second one had an LED failure after only a year. Someone came to the house to replace them, admitting that the entire stock of that model had faulty LEDs. Then two years later that TV failed again. In contrast, I have 2 LG TVs that are running fine after 10 years. And I have a SHARP Aquos that I bought in 2008 that is still going strong.
It is a shame because Philips support is excellent. You get through to an English person on a London landline straight away.
Bought the 4k max firestick from Argos for £44.99 and now I have all the apps I want and can use the tv without lag, however still disappointed with how slow this is compared to my old Samsung TV which I bought in 2017.
