    I'm guessing no-one else actually opened the book yet? It's only 34 pages long and just tells you what air fryers can do, different types, how to use them, clean them etc. There are no recipes here - just a link to her book (that isn't free). Possibly useful for anyone thinking of buying an air fryer, but if you've already got one you know all these things.

    Not from this, as there are no recipes. It's just discussing the air fryer concept overall and pointing you to buy the cookbook she also writes.

    These 'free' books are often not worth the paper they're printed on.
