sorted byIf you're following 'air fryer' recipes, you should first assume that they will represent traditional basket-style air fryers, and then only treat them as rough guides that you will need to tailor to your own specific device. And something good to keep in mind is that very generally, bigger = slower/less efficient. One of the main points of air fryers is that they pack in more energy and airflow into a smaller space, reducing time to cook. Or in other words, expect many recipes to require either more time or heat to work if you've got one of the bigger capacity air fryers(especially any oven-style ones). This will apply to dual basket fryers as well if you're using both baskets at the same time, but not necessarily if you're only using one side.
I'd recommend paying for the excellent Hamlyn book instead, whether Kindle or paperback.
