Sir Stew was once a guest on The Infinite Monkey Cage, and when asked about the scientific reality that most planets would be lifeless rocks or gas giants etc he responded brilliantly saying "Well of course, but we didn't film those."

Did exactly the same. I imagine the audio version will be extremely immersive when read by Him.

i listened ot the audiobook. i'm a fan, but it was indeed a long listen even at 1.7 speed. no real major revelations. i didnt know he knew brian blessed as a child and that he was actually banging vash from the show. Also he's to blame for season 1 and 2 of picard. So the less he meddles the better.

Agreed on the season 1 + 2 point. I reluctantly watched season 3 recently and was surprised at how much better it was than the previous seasons.

I borrowed the audio book on an app called borrow box via my local library for free and I actually enjoyed it. There are lots of good audio books and ebooks on borrow box that have only recently come out in the shops. Support your local library and your pocket by downloading the app
