Having had I've previously, the inflatable tubs are a complete waste of time and money. They split (sometimes on seams - good luck repairing that) and you can't have heat on at the same time as the bubbles.

If you plan on using it regularly, best to get a non inflatable one. Yes they cost more, yes they cost a lot to run, but if you can afford the electricity bill it's nice to have some luxury.

    > Having had I've previously, the inflatable tubs are a complete waste of time and money.

I completely disagree. Having had two in the last 5 years, they're like everything else - good if you look after them.

    > They split (sometimes on seams - good luck repairing that)

Never had that. I'd imagine it depends on what you're buying or what you do with them.

    They won't, however, last forever.

    > and you can't have heat on at the same time as the bubbles.

You can. But I'd guess it's also model dependent.

But having the heater on while you blow air through the water and out as bubbles is a little pointless no matter what hot tub you're using. You're effectively blowing all your heat out of the tub with the bubbles.

Again I'd disagree. There is nothing wrong with a good inflatable hot tub if you buy a decent one and you look after it. Sure the fixed ones may be better in some respects, but everything has it's pros and con's.

Electricity, yes, that's an issue no matter what you buy.

If you're going to buy this offer, lower your expectations. You're going to get what you pay for.

If you want a decent inflatable hot tub, buy one from a known reputable brand (Intex and Lazy Spa come to mind). So many white label hot tubs are available after they all jumped on the bandwagon. (edited)

Online reviews of similar tubs are saying around £100 a month to keep hot with a heat reflective base underneath, but bills are supposed to be coming down soon

Lots of options with Octopus that make it much cheaper - tracker is about half the price of most electricity companies, or agile is even cheaper if you can heat it in quiet times. Alternatively if you have an electric car you can heat it overnight for 9p/kwh

Had one of these before and it’s garbage. It’s really tiny and ends up leaking within a month or so. Avoid go for the more expensive 4-6 person round. Ended up trying to seal the leaks before sending it back

Haha my thoughts exactly if you can afford to run this. There is no way you would get something like this 🙈

    Studio = Avoid

Ordered something on debit card, never arrived mentioned I signed up via finance which is a lie. Took months to get a refund. Worst company out there. AVOID

Even by their 'photoshopped on' couple it would be hard to consider it a 4 person

    unless ... well
    - best not say

    Thanks OP

    BUT..................

You will be extremely disappointed with the Studio 4 Person Square Spa. To begin with, despite its name suggesting it can accommodate four people, it's a struggle to fit even two individuals comfortably. The square shape is misleading, as it's cramped and lacks the space advertised.

Furthermore, this spa is inflatable, which brings a whole host of issues. Not only does it feel unstable and flimsy, but it also has a tendency to split easily. The overall quality is abysmal, to say the least. It's evident that corners were cut in production, resulting in a product that is nothing short of rubbish.

It's no surprise that this item is being sold at a reduced price – frankly, it's not worth even that. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a higher-quality spa from a reputable brand. Steer clear of this absolute disappointment.

Seem to be many faulty units in the reviews.

Would this fit 8 people in?
