Sean Connery is still well remembered for his role in the epic James Bond series. Although we often picture him as a smooth, daring, and debonair agent, surviving all manner of incredible stunts, Sean Connery was more than just James Bond. His films were indeed action-packed, but so was his personal life.

Connery was a man who was always on the move. Since his earliest days growing up in Scotland, he sought to make the most of everything he had. Whether he was involved in theater, film, or worthy causes in his ancestral homeland, he gave it his all. This book explores the life and legend of Sean Connery in full.

    Knock knock.

    Who's there?

    Dishes.

    Dishes who?

    Dish is Sean Connery

(Best told as the final in a series of other Sean Connery jokes including "My shelf" and "Tennish")

Sharing this information not to incite controversy or disrespect but rather to provide relevant context and trigger warning for fellow users who might come across discussions about Sean Connery's legacy saying it’s ok to hit a woman. It may even potentially be addressed in Connery's autobiography, I believe it is pertinent to share this information. (edited)

Thanks OP. Same here purchased 19Oct22!
Shame he bought Epping Forrest Country club in partnership with Bobby Moore. On the face it you would think for a celebrity this would be a good investment. Then gangsters burnt it down and they sold it It has been associated with a crime family since?

Undoubtedly, The best James Bond followed by Roger Moore, both these men had the natural suave and flair , that other fella did alright too, Lazenby, but the role got to his head in just 1 film and he pissed the opportunity away. Theres something about the older movies and the actors, just isn't the same with the trash that comes out of Hollywood today. (edited)

I must admit I do like the pratical effects more - what was the mess with Brosnan kite surfing?
"Oh look, a genuine Felix Lighter!"
Completely ruined my suspension of disbelief - also that 4th wall break be Lazenby was uncalled for
