Weight loss works the same for men and women. Calories in vs out at it's base.

Mostly but us girls do have other stuff to deal with like hormone issues on top of everything else and men tend to lose faster (source: being at slimming world for 4yrs)

More like, lost it at 30 couldn't be bothered at 40.

Either find a type of exercise routine you enjoy and can stick at consistently.

Or cut out all the sugar and saturated fat filled filled treats most people like to consume.

    It's pretty straightforward.

Not really. Some people have issues. I eat 1400cals a day and exercise regularly and cannot lose weight. I suspect I may have endo or pcos. Must see a Dr soon!
