Usually the SE is the best value for me unless you can get a deal on a newer one
Yeah the SE is good value but lacks a few features, depending on what you want from it. A series 7 or above should last a good few years (only recently upgraded from a series 4 which I had hassle free for 5 years).
I recently purchased a Grade A series 9 from Cex for £200 less than a new one- it turned out to be brand new complete with Apple warranty that activated when I turned it on. Don’t know if this happens often or whether I just got lucky.
