About this deal

How do I become eligible to play?
- You must be over the age of 16
- You must be an existing Advantage Card Member
- You must have a boots.com account with an Advantage Card linked to the account
- To become eligible to play by making a transaction an Advantage Card must be presented at point of sale. This same card must then be attached to your digital account
- The game is only available on the Boots mobile app
- You must have the latest version of the Boots mobile app
- It is recommended you have push notifications available so you can be prompted when the game becomes available
- Full T&Cs are included in the game

How do I play the game?
- The game is accessible in the Boots mobile app via the ‘more’ section of the bottom navigation under the ‘Advantage Card’ section.
- Customers may be invited to play the game via push notification or email
- If you are eligible to play you will see a ‘play now’ button, once tapped you will access the game
- Individual game instructions will be displayed in the game
- If you win the game, you may win Advantage Card points which will be added to your balance automatically
- Some games may include a prize draw element

    I contacted Boots literally today because I haven't been able to place any orders for over a year, always get the "have failed internal verification checks" message. It's so frustrating because they said they can't do anything about it

    Hi,

    I had this same problem for over 18 months, finally a Boots customer care advisor suggested, to set up a new account with a different email and link your advantage card to the new email.
    Worked like a charm.
    I was happy and angry at the same time, as I missed out on so much good deals in the past, with orders being placed then cancelled.

    Congrats on first deal. The play and win is good. Usually I get 10 points...but once I got 25% of purchase which worked with my 10% student discount. Heat added

    Boots have one of the worst apps and websites I've ever used. In addition the vast majority of the time I placed online orders the points don't track correctly and I have to contact the half soaked customer services to correct this. Awful, awful company. (edited)
