Are they even implementing amiibos in games anymore? Will switch 2? I’ve got a small collection but I brought them to use, they’re just collecting dust atp.
I buy for collecting and display. if you want to use, i suggest buying NFC cards from ebay instead.

i thought the amiibo section broke, i think they were just taking a stock check and dropping many of the others all at once, must have a bigger facility to do so.

I had worried Amiibo might be phased out with the end of the Switch life cycle, I wonder if this points to them doubling down and including better functionality for the Switch successor?
