Bare in mind the £5.70 is when you add delivery, there is free click & collect at most stores unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions HUKD are adding £3.95 to all Argos deals. So these are £1.75 each not £5.70.

The problem with Argos is geographical availability that I can't be bothered with, we have enough wild goose chases at supermarkets.
Saw this on the Argos store the other day, but none in stock near me. Glad Amazon have now price matched. Thanks op, voted hot
Thanxs just ordered c+c
Impulse purchase! Looks like a really cool set!
This is a great deal!! Full price was £45, been waiting for this to drop under £30 so £22.50 is a bargain heat added (y)
Thank you for posting - I’ve now ordered one .
None of the links work on HotUKDeals such bs
Glad this set doesn't appeal to me, I've spent so much on lego this past couple of months!!
Good offer, but GAME, Smyths, IWOOT, Zavvi and The Entertainer are all holding the same promotion with The Entertainer having it for £44.99 last week with a code.
Several other retailers offering the same. Smyths being one of the many.
Thank you. Been waiting for this to come back in stock
The shark’s pretty cool
Dang. Didn't see that. Sorry guys + thanks mods. I will admit I've ordered this set about 3 times, once for my kids + spares as birthday presents.... not that they've been to any birthday parties recently!
I’m not talking rubbish. This set has been out for 18 months. Most sets have a shelf life of 18 months. So even if it’s not marked as retired soon, it still could be retired soon without having the tag on, we’ve seen cases like that happen before. Thus I didn’t say explicitly that it ‘was’ retiring soon, instead I said it’s ‘likely’ retiring soon.
Don't talk rubbish! Look on the LEGO site, there are quite a few sets marked as "Retiring Soon". LEGO is releasing new sets as per usual and they need to retire old sets to free up production slots. As companies go, LEGO has been selling *very* well during the COVID19 lock down period - again, look on the LEGO site and see how many sets are sold out or have to be back-ordered. With interest rates so low and millions of people getting "free" money on furlough, sales of LEGO are booming!
Due to COVID-19, it's been extended for another year. There will be NO JUL/NOV retirements this year.
Price matching Argos clearance on it
This isn't the best lego model I've ever built. We got it recently. The build isn't fantastic. The back fins fall off quite a lot.
I checked in, £9.41 now, sweet
I missed out, Oos now
They still do multi zord builds, each zord will set you back about £25 though
Thanks just ordered 1 very happy 4 year old
Great more stuff for me to step On
none at 2pm today
How long were the queues to get in?
Ah i never posted it, but someone else did back in October: https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/lego-city-garage-centre-60232-3315894 They had some at my local store as well but decided the sets not that great so passed on it on the hopes it would go down further but sold out about 3 week later. Obviously this is probably the bet price atm if you can find it.
Where's the deal for that one and the photo of the price.
In Sainsburys Sunderland North price the same £12.50
In Hedge End per my photo it's noted as £12.50 which store did you try?
Label says full prices but scans at £12.50 (y)
About 5 left this morning in The Teesside Morrisons.... got one for our daughter... bargain!
Brilliant, glad I could help!
Thanks. Managed to get a set of each in Rubery. Still marked as £20 but scan as £6
Same price at Wellingborough
This is one theme that im going to avoid at all costs collecting. The sets are ghastly tbh, well their not my cup of tea at that. Saying that £6 is tempting but thankfully I don't frequent Morrisons so should be easy not to buy some (cheeky) Heat added anyway
Keep a look out .. as this does pop back in stock
Out of stock arghh
Free deliver as over £80?
Yeah but it’s not at the moment .:) :) :)
Heat as reduced, but not by much. Seen cheaper
That’s a mediocre price at best. Sorry. (poo) (poo)
