I need a crash course on all of this, Mobile +back end+web+dev ops etc. How long would each take to learn?

First understand the problem. You've mentioned a lot of separate IT roles there.

So you've mentioned Mobile development, Back End, Web Dev (Front End) and DevOps. Which do you want to do and why?

You must have a clear goal and plan, it might take you 6 months to get the fundamentals for a support line role. It might take you 2 years. It all depends on you and your plan.

So to make it easier, it sounds very much like you're a beginner because you have mentioned so many separate roles, some/all of which could be combined by an experienced person. So forget DevOps that it all encompassing, kind of a dirty word in IT anyway. DevOps roles are advanced roles that require 3-5+ years experience plus learning time to get there.

So decide which you want to concentrate on and stick to it. Here is a good site (don't use the Create your own Roadmap feature, it is AI generated and won't help you at this stage) and pick one >

    roadmap.sh/

So look at the Role based Roadmaps. Now you'll see

    Frontend (WebDev),
    Backend,
    DevOps,
    Android (Mobile development)
    Flutter (Moblile development)

There isn't an iOS Mobile Development roadmap that I can see there. That would use Swift programming language and XCode and would require a Mac computer.

When you click in to each of those roadmaps you can see recommended and alternative options. These are all guides/overviews of pertinent technologies for these roles. I highly RECOMMEND clicking on the Visit the Beginner Version on each roadmap.

Hopefully that helps you determine which role you want to do.

IF you don't actually want to work in any of those roles, and just want an overview crash course of each what they're about just click on "Visit the Beginner Version" on each roadmap and it will explain the role and the main technologies in those roles.

Lastly if you do want to learn these roles and are trying to determine which is the quickest to learn, that isn't a plan. That is trying to speedrun just to get employed which will probably not end up in the right direction for you. (edited)

lol @ accuracy. Never, ever, blindly trust AI output. Use it to help you write boilerplate code, e.g for tests. But you still have to learn how to do things for yourself and understand the code it outputs if you do experiment with it. It will never replace developers and you can spot frauds a mile away; we have rejected many applicants for our roles trying to use ChatGPT to get through interviews.

businesses will end up using AI, however when the Sh!t hits the fan, they'll bring proper programmers in to fix the issues, which will most likely cost them a heck of a lot more.
