Nintendo Switch Game from Temu

So, I was offered a deal on Temu and purchased (maybe foolishly) a Nintendo Switch game for a very low price. It has arrived, and whilst the cartridge looks legit, the case doesn't. The lettering on the spine starts at the right hand side whilst all my other games have the lettering in the centre. This is making me concerned about putting the cart in the console. Has anyone purchased Switch games from Temu before, and if so did the case look funny, and did you have any issues with the cartridge? Any advice based on experience will be greatly appreciated!

I'm very pleased to report that despite the very low quality looking box and slipcover, the game plays fine

Just sounds like an American version, which should work fine. Have you actually tried the game yet?

For the record I don’t think there are actually any fake Nintendo Switch games yet. Other than switching labels on the cartridge or just people putting a fake 3D printed cartridge in a box, none that would do any harm just attempting to play.

If it works, it’s a real cartridge  (edited)

Not yet. I was concerned about bricking the switch if it wasn't legit (not even sure if this can happen). I suppose I'll just have to bite the bullet
