Get tested and if you aren't magnesium deficient, save your money.

NHS testing usually only tests serum which isn't accurate. Most people are deficient in magnesium even with a relatively good diet. That said it's probably cheaper to bulk buy mag salts and bathe in it often although uptake varies.

I am on statins and suffer with leg and arm cramps and this helps me to get to sleep. You have to rub it in very well and yes it does feel a little greasy but I'm OK with that. (edited)
