If you have already had a trial here, simply use another email, i'm sure like me, you all have plenty of these in reserve.
If you don't have a spare email, go into settings when logged in with your expired account, request change email address, you will then be sent a link to change your email address, click link, change email address to whatever takes your fancy, eg joebloggs@mailcatch.com. This should then free up your original email to be reused. I have tried this and it does work.
Extra info supplied by brackenhill_mob : Just add "+1" to any address you already own (ie myemail+1@gmail.com). This works for gmail, gmx, mail.com, protonmail.com that I've tested, and I'm pretty sure it works for all email systems as I use a small email provider for my own domains and it works on that too. Then you just increment the number each month. I use this on Paramount+, Netflix etc.
Further info provided by P1121With Gmail I believe can also just add full stop(s) anywhere in the first part of a Gmail address and still goes to same inbox but most sites treat it as a new user/ email address.

Next page, click continue
next page, enter your details, agree and continue
next page, choose the monthly plan saying 7 days free
next page, before entering any payment details at all, click on the blue highlighted piece that says 'have a promotional code', then enter the code FATALATTRACTION in the box and click apply.. Look closely and you will see that the trial period has changed from 7 days to 1 month free. Then carry on entering your payment details and sign up.

On the payment page, to get the free month, it should look like this after adding the code and before entering your details:
