    My experience of buy a gift hotels is terrible. No availability with your voucher then you have to pay extra to upgrade to different hotel.

    Stayed here, lovely little hotel. Rooms are a little dated but everything else about it is very nice well worth that price tag

    I second the comment that buyagift are terrible. They say your vouchers are flexible, but availability can be terrible. I too was forced onto an upgrade because there wasn't enough availability for hhe offer I bought. Also, once booked they cannot be cancelled or postponed.

    Located between the M58 Motorway and Pimbo Industrial Estate, Skelmersdale. That's no reflection on the quality of the hotel, it's just not in a picturesque location.

    Best Western are all old and dated... About time the company put some investments in the rooms and the people that work there... stayed at Best Western twice and twice too many...
