To help your wallet go even further, we are offering a discount equal to the value of our standard fitting charge when you purchase two or more Michelin tyres online or in-centre. This represents a Free Fitting* saving worth £32.00 when buying 2x tyres, £48.00 when buying 3x tyres and a massive £64.00 when buying 4x Michelin tyres!**
This Michelin tyre offer is valid on tyre purchases made in a single transaction online or in-centre between 5th July 2023 and 31st August 2023. Terms and conditions for this offer can be found below.

*The offer of Free Fitting applies in relation to the standard charge usually made for fitting the tyre which includes one tubeless rubber valve, one tyre balance and one disposal of the old tyre. No allowance will be given where any of these items/services are not required.
**Any other items or services that are recommended or required as part of the tyre fitting service that are not part of the standard fitting requirements and are not listed above (e.g. TPMS valves (tyre pressure monitoring system valves), metal valves, wheel tracking etc.) are not included in the Michelin tyre offer and will be charged for separately.

The Fitbit is only if you buy 4 isn't it? Also I'd spend the extra on PS5 as the PS4 is quite an old tyre now.

I replaced PS4 with PS5 - performance is significantly better and tyre life is claimed to be significantly longer

Cheaper at Costco if you have a card and don't want the Fitbit. I paid £178 fitted (edited)

I got 2 sport 5s. Had to replace them within a year. They are not good with potholes.

I have 4 x sport 5's and it's not even been a year and the tread is just vanishing at a ridiculous rate, really disappointed with them (had 4 x sport 4's prior)

Had these and strong performance but just replaced by Goodyear F1 Assymetrical 6. I think they have the edge. Good looker too.

Good looker?? It's black and round...

Must be cheap because it's an oddball size. If you go for a more popular size, R17, they want £507.96 for a set of 4.

Honestly the price of everything at the moment is just mental. It's a set of rubber hoops which will go in the bin in 2 years.

Oddball size? There literally one of the most common size tyres over the past 10-15 years

The pilot sport 4 S are better than the 4.

Not for fuel efficiency or tyre life they aren't

    I need 2x matching 245/40/17 for rear..
they're always super expensive compared to 225s I get for front for some reason (edited)

    Are these prone for aquaplaning?
    TedStriker72's avatar
No, they are one of the best tyres out there. You won't believe how good they are in the wet.

Might just of been my driving style but I've had nothing but issues with PS4s since using them. I've had the reinforced side walls appear through the tyre cracking leading me to have to replace them twice 4/5mm tread, one drivers side other opposite rear. And before anyone tells me I'm wrong I've had the tracking checked several times and it's always been generally within tolerance. I do corner hard when permitted so I've put it down to that. Going to try the GY Eagle F1 6 now and see if they hold up better. I'll assume for most people they are great tyres.

Got the same ATS deal on 4 x Primacy 4+, the Pilot Sport's touring cousin.
