sorted byI have never used enamelled Aluminum or Steel so cant say.
But its good as you can get these super hot and you get all those bits stuck to the bottom which is food gold, bit of water or wine and youre good to go with a nice sauce or stew.
Cast Iron is the gold quality of pans. I have known people who have had pans passed down for over a hundred years and still non stick.

Amazing quality, forget the ones that are £100+
Also its almost non stick, nothing really stuck to the bottom and was so easy to clean, and no nasty tefal coating.
