I've seen one of these before and they're not the best quality Chromebook in terms of quite plastic and the screen (as video below seems to backup), but £129.59 for a 15.6" inch Chromebook with ChromeOS updates until June 2030 isn't bad if you value the large screen and numberpad etc and only need something basic.
