Product Overview
Upgrade your work buddy with this ASUS Zenbook 14 laptop. It’s lightweight so you can carry it to the café for a change of scenery and the 22-hour battery life will see you through the 9-5, and then some. The AMD Ryzen™ 5 processor and 16GB of RAM can handle multitasking, so you can open a few bits and bobs at once without worrying it’ll slow down. It’s also got a 512GB SSD, so waiting on load screens will be a thing of the past and you’ve enough storage for all the files you need, why not download a few films? It’d be rude not to with a 2.8K OLED screen delivering incredible visuals – it’d be wasted on just work.

2.8K screen - amazing image quality and brightness

That 22 hour battery life is most likely 4-5 hours, 6 at best.

    9hrs light use.

    Intel version does 6hrs (edited)

I'm so confused by all the skus they have - hard to tell one from another.

    Good deal, 22 hour battery!

This is insane value, ticks every box...I really don't need a laptop but it's tempting.

Superb deal.... If its the touchscreen version (edited)

Not sure if this has touchscreen. Picture shows yes but specs say no

I can't find anywere to see if RAM is soldered or not. I read in one place that it comes with 1x16 stick which makes no sense as I don't recall ASUS doing that.

I just can't justify putting an OLED screen in laptop. It's a Windows.. it will burn in quicker than TVs or I am missing something?
    The_narrow_path's avatar
There's an Asus software installed that prevents (or slows down) burn in.

I prefer the other one, but both are really good deals.

Voted hot, really good deal. The Intel model with OLED is also a good one.

Significantly better battery life from this AMD swung it for me, thanks OP!

wouldnt recommend the processor. I have 5800u on my hp laptop, I cant say I am happy with it ( 16gb ram 512rom ). this was my first amd laptop and probably will be the last ( already formatted numerous times due to amd's gpu stopping working all the time, reinstalling the amd software doesnt help ). really annoying processor.

Are you sure it's not a Windows issue? That doesn't seem right.

I had the ryzen 7 version of this, got terribly hot and the touch screen has a strange screen door effect.

Returned and bought a Lenovo legion slim 7 and could not be happier
    The_narrow_path's avatar
Totally different laptops in all aspects.

If this is the touchscreen version (unclear) then read up on the OLED "screen door" effect before buying
    iCodeIDE's avatar
Yeah I had the ryzen 7 model it's terrible

I've gone for this, arriving today. Was debating between this and an M2 air but couldn't justify double the price for the air.
    PC59's avatar
This is better than the Air in everything apart from processor

    This vs ASUS Zenbook S 13 UM5302TA
  17. Dave121's avatar
Depends if you need the smaller form factor, ddr5 and extra cpu performance. This one has 90hz refresh rate not sure if the S 13 has it? Also the finger scanner stopped working on my um3402ya must be software update problem with Win 11. Anyone lese has this issue?
