Some really good recipes in this book! The first series he used a lot of awkward ingredients that weren't that easy to get hold of, but this book is from the second series where he uses almost exclusively standard ingredients that are dead easy to get hold of, and puts them together in ways that gives really tasty and satisfying results.

This is a steal for a quid!
