Last time I took my car to pentagon, I was told the car had to stay in overnight for some work to be completed. Turned out the mechanic had taken my car home with him. Thanks a lot Vauxhall!

Well thats definetly not the case for this freebie as they only have the car for a maximum 1 1/2 hours for a Visual inspection and top up fluids...any work that needs doing is reported to the customer and the customers authurisation is required 1st before any faults found are repaired. A time is booked for a appointment at a time that suits you and you wait for your car so as long as you dont book your car in at 16.30 and they shut at 17.00 then no problem...this means book your car in at a sensible and enough time to do the job.

People can be so sceptical and cautious but if there is a Pentagon Vauxhall dealership near you this deal wont cost you anything but your petrol and a hour of your time to get a Autoglym winter pack worth £20.00.. Like i said i have done it and got the Winter pack in the boot of my car.

I think the deal is really good, just that I wouldn't trust my car with pentagon for two minutes unless I could stand over them. When I found out what they'd done, I asked around and people told me how they had there car in for services and caught the "trained technician" popping out to the shops in the car and coming back with his tesco carrier bags!

I'm really not having a go, its a great find, it's just as I say, I have a personal problem with Pentagon which I want to warn others about.
