"Developed in collaboration with David Beckham."
How come being a football player gives him any qualifications to develop an alcoholic drink ?
As far as I know he has no other qualifications for the job.

I like it but this is the general price in most supermarkets, although it has been on sale at £30. It’s very smooth with an orange taste in the background, the original is like JW red label but a bit sweeter, if you like blended whiskey, it’s not a lot to spend to try it. And here we go again, the sheep voters are at it again, every time this is posted, the sheep that have never tasted it but don’t like beckham, apple, Johnny walkers etc all vote it cold, so what’s the point, and the mods delete my post every time I mention their sheep. Anyway thanks to the op for taking the time to try and help others.

Fun, people arguing on the product rather than the deal. It’s £25 everywhere else (except Waitrose), so deserves some heat

I still have a bottle of this following the last deal before Christmas, it's awful, I'd steer clear.

It's worth a try as a mixer and people are entitled to enjoy alcohol diluted with pop if they want but it's reverse snobbery to pretend that this is a quality product. It isn't and I have bought both versions of the original so speak from personal experience. I do love the bottles on the pricey version though.

Very true, I only dilute it with ice and drink it before it melts too much, I never understand why people dilute it with water, but each to their own. The price proves it’s definitely not a quality whiskey, I had a bottle of expensive whiskey years ago and I couldn’t drink it, it was like drinking peat, there’s no accounting for taste. I guess I’m just a cheapskate.

A lot of hardcore Whisky drinkers are not fussed by the peaty whiskies either. It's a specific type of whisky and it does not have much to do with price. It's a bit like saying you don't like a cup of tea because you had an expensive cup of Earl Grey once.

Sups, pressed submit before apologising to john71, sorry, I got a bit carried away.
I’ve just got over COVID for the third time, only mild no hospital, but I knew I was on the mend when I asked my son to pour me a blue whiskey lol.
