How heavy are you if you don't mind answering?

94 kgs. It felt very flimsy, even a lighter person would break it I reckon.

Only welded at 4 single points instead of the entire length… Not an expert in welding but it felt very weak. (edited)

Just built mine which i bought a few months ago. It doesn't look anything like yours see my pics. Yours appears to be a different model. My instructions were straightforward also?

Might start bowing around 100-110kg. Or if you sit too aggressively

So much for 1-2 weeks delivery, it arrived today. I only ordered it 2-3 days ago. Be warned, the instructions look like they were printed by a toaster. I've managed to make it anyway as it isn't too difficult and tbh for just over £20 I think it's a bargain. I weigh around 85kg and it feels solid enough to me.

Ignoring fact I weight 120kg so no weights at all for me. Might be useful for some lighter people looking for light weights but I find benches like above so frustrating as I can't even use them. Cheap rubbish every other seller on amazon tries to flog.

It's £23 and clearly not for you. It will suit others, either lighter, or not mainly for weight lifting. You can pay more to get better.

Just thinking that. What's the point? Literally can't use it for what it's made for so rubbish no matter the price. Maybe if my 2 year old wanted to do some sit ups this might be useful. Wtf

Not worth getting a flimsy bench if serious about benching off of it. At the very least it will have you worrying that it will give way when pressing and at worst it actually does.

Yeah it's definitely not for bench pressing. You'd want one capable of 200Kg+

Seems ideal for doing some basic exercises where you don't require weights, e.g. Sit ups

Thanks for this OP, missed out on it a few days ago but grabbed it now used £20 gift card I got from voucher codes so only cost £3 really

Not expecting much for the price and the weight limit isn't great but it's better than not having one and having to use a yoga mat on my kitchen floor so will be a big upgrade for at home workouts
  24. AK81's avatar
^ that's exactly like the one I received, good value at under £25! My instructions were just printed really badly you couldn't make out any of the part numbers plus there was the odd mistake in there in relation to screw size and where it goes etc. Luckily it's easy enough to figure out anyway.

Yeah could definitely do that if you needed it to be more stable, it was fine once I had my arms and weight on it so not that much of an issue when in use

True but for a body weight bench its excellent. Just dont try to use it with barbell or heavy dumbells. Good to point out though as some may have mistook it for a bench press. (edited)

Mine got delivered yesterday and that's what I received, instructions were wrong in terms of what screws to use but I figured it out as it's not that many parts, really can't complain for £22 but if I had to I'd say sadly it has no incline, only flat and decline and the arm pads and that whole mechanism wobbles from side to side but no issue when you've got your arms on there with weights my biggest gripe though is the length of the bench, I'm 6ft and I have to really scoot up to the end of the bench so I can rest my head on the bench properly

I'm 80Kg and currently only have 20kg dumbells so the weight isn't an issue for me, need to look for more weights now

Overall very impressed for the price
