    The handset seems broadly similar to the POCO X4 Pro in terms of memory, storage and CPU. This may have a better screen, but the camera and charging are, at least on paper, lesser specced. I've never had an Huawei/Honor phone so can't comment on the user experience, but the POCO has been <£200 a few times since launch and might drop down to that again if Xiaomi have stock to get rid of.

    If you want a decent all-rounder and a new contract then this is probably as good as there is right now, but if you only need one or the other there could be better value to be had elsewhere.

    Magic UI is like MIUI lite. It throttles background apps by default and can feel buggy at times but not as badly as MIUI
