The best way I can describe it is it's like the first game but they did not improve on anything, just added complexity that mostly gets boring or annoying. It does not feel like things were refined or improved but just the same but now more complicated.

Like the crafting system. Looks new and improved but it's basically just more complicated recipes that requires the same grind as the first, but it's just harder, more complicated to do it.

This is why I say it feels like less of a game by the end. So many things they added are really just meaning less complexity to appear like new stuff and bring nothing memorable to the game.

It's Zero Dawn but more complicated and convoluted to achieve the same thing. Instead I wish it had been more refined, things like looting and town designs.

And Ai is dumber.

So it's still playable but I think the general consensus is people feel a little disappointed at the end that it somehow lost the Zero Dawn magic through bad implementation of ideas.

I mean the last one is like £10 now. It was a pretty poor decision paying full price if you did
