I have 2 in bedrooms, and have mine running at night to keep cool on speed 4 and it’s almost unnoticeable. Remote is handy as well and the oscillate isn’t geared so constant speed no matter the fan speed. On speed 8 it really moves air at least as good as any other 16” fan I have had. Timer function if you need it completes the package. Just ordered another 2, thanks OP.

Decent fan for the price, not amazingly quiet but the stand is more premium than other similar priced fans if you don’t want to spend a fortune

How much is this fan supped to vibrate? Shaking quite a lot!!
At least this one looks like it has a weighted base rather than thin pressed steel legs.
You could turn off the oscillate feature and add some blu tack blobs between motor housing and control housing...- This looks like the Screwfix one but with different base. But I guess the 2 year guarantee is a bonus
