Looks like an Air Cooler rather than an Air Conditioner.

This is a swamp cooler, so-called as it makes your room super muggy like a swamp. No good for the UK.

Voting cold (not in a good way for the product) based on the one review which states the following:

This is the third cooler unit I've tried and I've come to the conclusion that they are just not worth the money. This one you need to fill up with water from the top of the unit and there is no minimum fill line, so wiggle it to find out.
There are no instructions on how to fit the hepa filter. There is a QR code to scan which leads you to a 404 error page.
After googling it, I discover that the filter cannot be in place all the time, but it's also not in an easy to reach place. So you need to lift the unit into the bath to empty it - because £120 doesn't get you a unit with a removable tank - and then tip it over to remove the filter.
The app that comes with it is a con. You have to pay to use it's features. Despite several attempts, it would not find the unit and kept asking for bluetooth to be switched on, which it already was. So if the app is a deal breaker - buy something else.
It is no louder than any other similar unit. At night when it's quiet anyway the noise will sound louder. There are two bottles which you fill with water and freeze, but you can use your own ice packs.
On the whole I expected more for the money. A cheaper one had an easy remove water tank which is really necessary in order to keep the thing clean from bacteria.

Don’t bother, I’ve had a far more expensive version and all they do is pump moisture into the air making it very uncomfortable. These are OK on a slightly warm day but anything over 20 degrees and they’re worthless.

You really are better off with a regular fan and dehumidifier. (edited)
