    Just make sure you balance out the fruit since without fiber it will spike your blood sugar a lot

    Solid fruit suits my stomach better than the blended stuff but I have moved on to to using the blended fruit/veg for microwaving with oats, loads of ideas for cakes, bread and biscuits on YouTube, and must be close to a superfood.

    You do good, vegetables suit juicing better and fruit is better eaten solid as the fibre slows down the rise in blood sugar keeping you more stable.
