Haha who said they weren’t happy? I was simply asking a question if the BLC can be combined. Sorry if I offended you in suggesting to try save some more money - didn’t realise this wasn’t allowed on this site 🙈 (edited)

Can this be tied in with the 25% BLC offer

They don’t allow defence discount in conjunction with the app deals so doubt they will with BLC either.

Family feast? Nah, that's a Dad feast
  10. crumpetman's avatar
It would be better described as "adequate family meal" rather than "family feast" if shared amongst two adults and two kids. Even for two people it's not a feast given that you can get a four piece meal for one person.

Still a good deal for £6.99 though.

I'm assuming they intend for this to be for 4 people hence the fries but how can you feed 4 hungry people on 4 hungry people on 6 pieces of chicken, 1 portion of chips each
And two corn of the cobs (only two so you're going to cut in in half some how or fight over it )

How do you split 6 pieces to 4 people? Half get 1 piece whilst the rest get two, it's not like they're chicken fillets theres barely any meat on one drumsticks, most the weight is bone (edited)

I suppose they are just trying to stay competitive in these tricky times and as Chapers rightly said, given McDonalds have announced 30%, KFC have to do something else they risk losing even more business. I wont be surprised if we see some targetted offers soon from Burger King too.

    To clarify, you can either...

    a) Open the mobile app > Find your restaurant > Navigate to "Rewards and Offers" > Select the 6 Piece Family Feast offer from the rewards screen > Pay £6.99 > Pick up your food in the "closed" restaurant (open to pick up takeaway food only)

    b) Open the mobile app > Find your restaurant > Navigate to "Rewards and Offers" > Select the 6 Piece Family Feast offer from the rewards screen > Pay £6.99 > Pick up your food at the drive thru by quoting your order number (I think??)

    c) Rock up to the drive thru > Order the 6 Piece Family Feast verbally > Drive to the payment window > Open the mobile app > Navigate to "Offers & Rewards" > Select the 50% off offer (at the bottom of the screen under "Your Offers") > Show the QR code to the cashier > Pay £6.99 > Pick up your food from the next window

The original poster really should have clarified these details. It isn't straight forward, hence so many confused people in the comments. (edited)

20 years ago, 6 pieces was a family feast.. a time when the pieces were twice the size they are now. Now, they cater for speed and pieces cook faster if they are half as big.
