Tried these deals a few times. It's all lies. They would be operating at a big loss. When you check your account, you're mysteriously charged differing amounts. I've had strange charges added and PayPal payments taken and refunded. The actual deals don't seem to exist. Not for me anyway. Cancelled them all.

I’ve been with Lebara for a year now with no problems whatsoever, first 6 months at a reduced rate then full £5.99 ever since…brilliant deal .

Got the 1p deal in the summer and now into my second month. Using the roaming in Spain which has been seamless unlike my other plusnet sim

Great price . Absolute headache when they take £6.90 every month and every month l have to chase them up for a refund.Everytime they say its been amended and will not happen again, but it does.

Never had to chase mine, always comes in at 1p. I have switched my family over to all have Lebara, my total month bill is 4p for 4 users. It shows in the app as 6.90 but the email and payment say 1p. (edited)

basically the customer support does not exist! I still have not received that SIM for £0.01. Contact customer support via Facebook, Twitter and email and no one comes back with an answer

That is strange I spoke to them last year and again this year about a call disconnecting, they even called me back after helping me reset my settings.

I have a very terrible experience. I took my phone number from giffgaff to Lebara.because the cheap offer monthly plan. When I paid the second month plan fees they cancelled the offer. I cannot find how to pay the monthly fee. I toped up my account. I was deducted my money automatically constantly till I find it is cheating me. The customer service team don’t solve my problem

Is there a way to get this if you are already on Lebara from previous deal on here?
  9. wendyak's avatar
I don’t get that at all, they send an email with full amount but only take the reduced amount scares the pants off hubby every month .
I can vouch the roaming is perfect too as we left 3 as they wanted £2 a day .

Thanks OP. Wife's Voda deal ends now, so this is extremely timely. Head added.

Anything similar for at least 30gb? And what’s the deal with Wifi calling? Is it available with Lebara? Thanks

Lebara are practically giving away their products lately. Crazy times.

Better to break even than a loss, even a small profit... loyalty, if people want to leave you can then also negotiate with customers.

Sign of the time$, who would have thought post 2008 people would be so stretched off all income brackets.

Sometimes it’s better to vote the perceived underdog, like Lebara.

Voda wholesale costs have been falling rapid since 2020, no coincidence: given Voda ‘connected’ “market share” & a Three U.K. merger =

Demand 51% of the new company. (edited)

So after 6 months this can be cancelled right? Is there any way of transferring the number on a new Lebara deal?
    deleted2850942's avatar
30 day payg bundle, PAC/STAC out anytime and back in
  21. Laithhai's avatar
I activated the 1p 12GB deal last week having waited for my paid month to expire. The number ported across just fine but I only get 3G at best and often only E since fitting the Lebara SIM. I was on Vodafone with 4g everywhere normally.
    deleted2850942's avatar
I’d email them, 4G/5G & even 3G have codes for access on the database.

Sometimes a poorly (Quick) done PAC can reset everything. (edited)
  22. deleted2831101's avatar
So after 6 months I can just cancel and get my PAC ? Move to Lyca for 6 months and then do the same and move back ...

Any idea when it starts? As soon as it's delivered? Or as soon as I insert the card?
I just started a month on my EE card so id like to wait until it runs out. (edited)
