Don't bother, they haven't honored the previous deal for myself and others, I was charged 1p in the first month and £2.45 in the second.
Customer services are not responding to emails and live chat is saying to email customer services so I'm just going round in circles.

Personally don't believe their deals should be allowed on here if they aren't going to honour, as I said I'm not the only one in this situation (edited)

Been trying to get my PAC from Lyca for 4 weeks now. Multiple phone calls and emails, they just make excuse after excuse, hang up on you and just ignore anything you say. Ofcom have agreed they have broken regulations and have been involved chasing the issue with them but Lyca are ignoring the regulator. I wouldn’t touch this deal even if it was free!

15gb for £7.75 after 6 months is hardly freezing (especially considering 100 international minutes and EU roaming)

I tried one of the previous offers no sim turned up but I was charged. 2 weeks to get a response from CS but only after filing a complaint. Still not resolved keep asking me to confirm details. They don’t read your messages just fob you off with delaying messages. Absolutely useless and never worth the trouble. Best of luck cancelling after the 6 month period.

Between Lebara and Lyca I wouldn't choose Lyca as it's so much more involved activating the SIM.
I found the actual service and signal ok but my son's mother just had her MSE offer SIM service stopped.
They could do nothing other than stall, delay and offer useless advice.

    Edit:
That said - the competing Lebara SIM is now in her phone and her number ported from Lyca.
She can call out (caller ID shows her correct number) but incoming calls are not working. Lebara say it could take 3 days to resolve!
I've used Lebara for years now, without any problems. (edited)

Lebara have been annoying for me so thought this would be a good substitute when I leave but maybe not based on the comments!

I went for the 1p for 6 months deal in August on lebara and was charged 6.95 in September and again in October. Had to contact customer service both times. First time they gave me a refund for 6.90and said it wouldn't happen again and this month they gave me a refund for 6.89 and said it wouldn't happen again. I have a feeling November will be the same thing... (edited)

At least they are refunding you, Lyca don't seem to be doing that even

Good news about this deal is that Lebara will probably try to beat it.

Don’t do it, Lyca’s service on all counts are despicable. Not worth it imo.
Tried it and now back with EE.

Still very expensive as 1p for 6 months is right price for such service

As others have said, choose Lebara over Lycamobile. They're much better - even in case Lebara was slightly more expensive.

Family of 4 had been on Lebara for a couple of years. Never had an issue.
Only Vfe and O2 coverage at home.
Switched all of us to Lyca in August when the 1p for 3 months deal came out.
Was a slight issue to activate the Lyca sims as the instructions were not 100% clear to me - it took me maybe 5 minutes.
Not a single problem for us - no need to try to contact CS.
Texted them a few minutes ago for a PAC code. Came instantly.
I'll now choose one of the Lebara 6 month sims on MSE.
    Rinse and repeat.

The little war is restarting. Let's wait to see how Lebara will reply. I have a feeling that there will be an Halloween sale ha ha.

Despite having the second payment at 1p (pre-paid debit card with 6p balance on it so they could not take more even if they tried), I have just stopped auto renew and killed the SIM - the SIM stopped registering on the network and seemed to do some weird things to one phone. It has left me slightly short on my total data use per month but I can live with that. If it is a fraudulent take on a bank debit card then you can get the bank to reverse it - if enough people do it Lyca will be banned from the system.

Hi, I'm currently on the 10gb lebara plan.
Is it possible to get a 15gb plan and migrate my number to it?

I'm still in my 1p a month offer from the last offers. Regretting not going for Lebara. Signal has been really poor for me. Even when phone has reported 4g I either get slow speeds or no connection. I appreciate it may just be the areas I've used it, but for me Vodafone was much better everywhere.

Just to add to the comments. I, too, took out the £1.49 offer in July. My 2nd and 3rd months were charged at a better reduced £1.39. We are now in month 4, and the full £6.90 deducted last night. Unable to contact CS by phone as out of office hours. Have emailed and await their response. However, looking at the negative comments regarding that CS. I may also find myself in trouble and unable to port out.

Also snagged a 1pm Lebara sim as prices dropped after I'd ported. So far 3 months a1p on Lebara too. Running both sims (breaking the bank here at £1.40 for both until I was rudely overcharged!
) in my phone. May port to Lebara if I can't resolve the Lyca overcharge. (edited)
