If O2 or Three is dodgy in your area there are some similar deals running by piggybacks on Vodafonea, EE's network:

Think my free apple tv runs out this or next month. This could be a good way to go for £8 if cancel soon after. I've used quite a few apple deals so not sure my apple ID will still work on anymore.
