    Standard price at Iceland. I've got two packs in the freezer.
    A good tip is to defrost for 24 hours in the fridge and microwave when defrosted. Save a lot of time and money that way.
    They are really nice too. I've always liked them.

    No need to re brand anything, they've been known as faggots for 100+ years, these contain offal which differentiates them from meatballs and have been made for centuries. if you goggle the word - Faggots you would be presented with countless recipes to make faggots.

    Good deal but these taste awful.

    I would kind of agree, but they're cheap and if you don't have any money 19% meat is better than no %. They're a food for poor people from the time of the depression, its kind of sad they've not had to change the recipe.

    They also have since I'm pretty sure E150C wasn't around in the 20s.

    I hate these in the 1980s as a child and they tasted great. Had them maybe 1-2 years ago to reminisce and they tasted really bad. Never had them again. No idea if the recipe had changed or it was always like this. (edited)

    They are really nice. It's pork, offal and very tasty. The gravy is decent too. I put them in the same league as proper black pudding.

    The word in question has taken a different route and meaning. It is a known offensive slur on a gay man.

    Like the word Gay, is not now a word for a jolly chap anymore.

    Another example is a spastic, this was very acceptable and fine, even scope the charity was known as the spastic society many years ago.
    Things change, and sometimes this have to change for the sake of others.
