    Agree with most comments on here, My wife got these for the kids to take on Holiday and these are "height" with a S at the front.

    I agree the the vent position seems odd at first. I now use mine to blow against the carotid artery area of my neck. This way, the blood is cooled on its journey towards my head, effectively a cooling version of central heating. The effect is not immediately obvious, but it does work. (edited)

    I bought one and kinda regretted it because the design has a crucial flaw, it's only blowing air upwards to your face.

    So, when I use mine now, I turn it point downwards. The ones with adjustable fans are much better

    I got a family member who had hot flushes a similar one from aliexpress, although with vents round the back and they love it and use it often so surprised with all the negative comments, I guess the back vents make the difference.

    Ordered one a few weeks ago and returned it.
    Was so noisy and clunky, hardly produced and air.

    Bought this from B&Q earlier today for £5, it's way better, quiet and produces enough air for one person.
