I had a stroke of luck, ordered a top, didn’t arrive when they said it would, tracking was not updating and no response to emails after the 2nd or 3rd.
Raised a dispute with PayPal, included all the screenshots, money returned almost instantaneously.
Anyway, two weeks later the top randomly arrives.
Win win.
Bought the hoodie though let’s see how it goes.
