sorted byTHE ONES AT £149 ARE THE NEW SLIMMER VITA MODELS.
ONLY THE OLD OLED ONES WERE BEING CLEARED OUT.
Tesco are clearing out old stock. Hence older Wii-U bundles... and the first 3DS units. Things that are no longer in production.
People claiming this was a misprice. Just... go back under your rock.
No probs, could've got both but thought why not let somebody else grab a bargain.
I think they are up quite high so you'll need some skirting board ladders to get to them....

Shame they'll not have it at my tesco
Just so you know, this always happens if the battery is *completely* depleted. The first time my Vita didn't power up immediately after I'd plugged it in, I crapped myself - the blinking orange light LOOKS really bad!
But, give it 5 minutes and it's fine :-)
Argh! I never got receipts with my kids... schoolboy error!
Errr thats life? People paid £500 for a ps4 a year ago!

this is sony related.
Had 1 in Springburn. . scanned at £149
No, my point being that don't post you've bought say 20 and that you're going to resell them. If you have three kids then great. I do think that some people can be a bit selfish though when it comes to profiting from deals like this.
Tesco have a terrible layout in their stores - in my local I found the Vitas near the glass hammers and the long weights.
Yeah, it also plays xbox 360 games. Why it's priced so high /s
seriously? so someone else can purchase the other 2 to flog in ebay, this buyer says they have 3 children, better to have 3 vitas if find them and reduce the arguing... even if they left them on the shelf there's no guarantee you will get them, so why say it?
Actually Game (as in GAME PLC) didn't survive at all, and their decision to merge with Gamestation is widely regarded as a complete disaster and led to huge over capacity. More than likely the reason Lisa Morgan resigned. This was fatal when mixed with the shift to online, mobile, digital and a general cyclical decline between consoles. Worse still, the huge initial success of the Wii brought with it a massive increase in competition. Of course this demand was to collapse (Wii console and Wii fit stuffed in the cupboard and forgotten about) and as a consequence twice as many retailers had to fight for a much smaller market. Their cost base was far too high, way too many stores and staff and stores were cannibalising sales (having 2 Game's and a Gamestation in the same town for example). As a result GAME PLC went into administration in 2012. Private shareholders lost practically everything.
The GAME you speak of now is not the same company, it is Game Digital but uses the assets (including logo and some leases/stores) from the old company.

That has just saved me a trip out in the cold

Yeah, I've never understood this either!
I'd probably sell the newer unit
The 3g is probably useless now. Sony have changed tact on what direction they aim to go with it. Getting rid of maps and youtube and whatnot...
switch them both on. See what one you like best. I'm glad I got the original OLED, but you may just be happy selling the 3g unit on. I'm not gonna do anything with the 3G in mine anyway.
