Bought this on a sale with Xbox 360 and again on PS4. Ok I only paid £3/4 each time but if I do buy this again I will be waiting until its that price before I do.

EDIT: Just seen there is a upgrade path (edited)

Looks like bundle discount only applies to Steam and Epic.

Do I get a discount if I own the original 2013 version of the game?
Accounts that already own the 2013 version of Brothers on Steam and Epic can get a bundle discount when purchasing the Remake. Look for the bundle purchase option to get the discount. (edited)

I thought it was really cool. Very unique controls in single player. Great story and puzzles.
It's very short though. Like 3 hours or so.

I enjoyed the original but didn't think it would be the kind of game to benefit from a graphics upgrade. Don't see an issue with the original graphics.

This review seems to think the remake is worse than the original:

Eurogamer review is very similar, apparently it's a totally inferior experience to the original. And the original is only 10 years old, it's not like it's some old PS1 game that desperately needed remaking.

A remake was so unnecessary, the original is still great.

Not paying £12 for this tbh

I replayed the original last year and I wouldn't bother with a remake.

Dunno why I had the chance to obtain the remake @ Epic Games just when it popped for free

is this digital-only for Xbox Series X?
    kestrelcampbell's avatar
Ah, it says it is digital only on FAQs, that's a pity, I prefer having an option to resell it later

Thought this was a very good game having played the original (edited)

Having just finished the remake, I think whether you buy it depends on how much you love the original

It's offering me a discount of 36% on Steam. I do own the original version from an old Humble Bundle.
